MACOM MADT-011000 Power Detectors

MACOM MADT-011000 Power Detectors are single-ended, internally-matched power detectors with wide input bandwidth and high dynamic range. These ESD protected devices are available in 3mm 16-lead QFN package or fully passivated 100µm thick GaAs die. The MADT-011000 Power Detectors consume 70μA from a 4.5 V supply, while matched detector and reference diodes provide temperature compensation in differential operation. These power detectors offer 30dB dynamic range and are well suited for power control in microwave radios, test and measurement equipment, and radar applications.
