Power Integrations 2SP0430T SCALE-2 Gate Drivers
Power Integrations 2SP0430T SCALE-2 Gate Drivers are optimized for operation of 1200V and 1700V PrimePACK™ 3 and IGBT power modules in 2-level and 3-level NPC-1 applications. These drivers offer short-circuit protection, Dynamic Advanced Active Clamping (DA2C), ±30A peak output gate current, and 2W output power per channel at maximum ambient temperature. The 2SP0430T gate drivers feature reinforced isolation and an electrical interface with 15V logic and built-in DC/DC power. The clearance and creepage distances between primary and secondary sides meet requirements for reinforced isolation. These gate drivers operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include wind and solar power, traction inverter, and industrial drives.
