Power Integrations RDK-465 4.5W LED Driver Reference Board uses the LYT1402D and is a single-stage power factor corrected, PF >0.8 at 115V and 230V. The reference board has an accurate constant current regulation, ±5% and meets the <30% flicker percent requirement. The RDK-465 has integrated auto-restart protection features like no-load/open-load output, output short-circuit and line surge or line overvoltage.
